The trick is to get rid of the smell. Intestines can also be used in a stew, or you can grill them on a fire. Different parts of cow intestines are also popular. In some cases, the meat is marinated. However, I prefer grilling it as it is and eating it with salt. The problem with intestines is that they can look off-putting. Even among Koreans, there are those who stay away from this dish. Personally, I like it a lot.
